Fees
Counselling can be short term or long term. The number of sessions will depend upon your needs. It would be unusual for the counselling to last less than 6 sessions. However, you can choose to end counselling at any point.
If we decide to work together, we will have regular reviews to ensure your needs are being met.
First Session £45 (50 minutes)
Our first session is a mutual assessment, primarily to explore what has brought you to counselling, what your expectations are, if counselling is appropriate and whether I am the counsellor for you. I offer this at a discounted price of £45. There is no obligation to proceed.
£50 Per Session (50 minutes)
The counselling process normally involves weekly sessions lasting 50 minutes, at a cost of £50.
Payments
I accept cash or card payment on the day, or a bank transfer (prior to sessions).
A minimum 24 hours' notice of cancellation is required and, where possible, I will endeavour to offer an alternative appointment for that week. If this notice is not received, I reserve the right to charge in full for the missed session.
